Delivery Timeline
Most orders land within 7 to 14 business days of purchase, depending on product availability, order verification, and carrier schedules.
Free Shipping, Always
Every single order ships free. No minimum spend, no hidden conditions, no asterisks.
How Your Order Travels
We ship exclusively through trusted courier partners. Some deliveries may need a signature on arrival, just to make sure your order ends up in the right hands.
Follow Your Package
The moment your order ships, a confirmation email with full tracking details hits your inbox. Watch it move all the way to your door.
Wrong Address?
Reach out immediately if your delivery address needs a fix. We'll do our best to update it, but once an order hits processing or ships out, changes can't be guaranteed.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
Something not right? We'll sort it out.
14 Day Window
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to submit a return request.
What's Eligible
To qualify for a return, items need to be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in all original packaging
- Complete with labels, seals, and tags intact
- Free from any damage after delivery
How To Start A Return
Email our support team with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
We'll take it from there and send you the next steps.
When You Get Your Money Back
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or payment provider might add a bit of processing time on top.
Who Pays Return Shipping
Return shipping is on the customer, with a few exceptions. If your item was:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective straight out of the box
- Or sent incorrectly by us
then we'll arrange a replacement or cover the return shipping fully. That one's on us.
